As a Team Member Trainee, you’ll help design and run the backbone of our campaigns. From team training in the office and workflow coordination to performance tracking and client service, you’ll create processes that ensure smooth, measurable success across all projects. The Team Member Trainee role is your chance to gain hands-on experience, influence real outcomes, and grow alongside a sales team that values initiative and results.
Team Member Trainee Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations in person by coordinating schedules, managing workflows, and assisting in multi-channel campaign sales execution
- Train and onboard new Team Member Trainees, ensuring they understand campaign standards, client goals, and sales performance benchmarks
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy across digital channels
- Maintain CRM accuracy, logging team activity, client milestones, and operational updates to support performance tracking
- Analyze campaign sales metrics and team feedback to optimize strategies and drive long-term growth
- Collaborate with departments to resolve service issues, streamline onboarding, and uphold campaign sales standards

What We’re Looking For in a Team Member Trainee:
- High school diploma or GED required
- This is a full time, in office position and you must be able to commute daily
- Experience in team support, retail operations, or customer-facing roles—ideally in consulting, sales, or other performance-driven environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, support team productivity, and lead by example
- Proficiency in CRM systems and scheduling tools, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Prior experience as a Team Member Trainee within sales is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $950.00 - $1,550.00 per week
