Printing Machine Operator Trainee

Schedule: 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
Pay: $16 to $18 DOE
About the Role
We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn a skilled trade in a manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training to safely operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, and help keep production running efficiently. No previous machine operating experience is required—we'll train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Learn to safely operate and monitor production equipment
- Set up machines under the guidance of experienced operators
- Perform quality checks and document production data
- Load raw materials and remove finished products
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to [50] pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
