Duties
- Supervise and lead a group of children in an after school setting
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and educational development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative and interactive methods
- Experience working with students one-on-one or in small groups (e.g., tutoring) or in a
school or camp setting
