Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape gardening, with experience in groundskeeping. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to create and maintain beautiful gardens and landscapes. The Gardener will be responsible for ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of various outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including Weeding,Pruning, Mulching, Planting of annuals, perennials & trees.
- Care for plants, shrubs, and trees through watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of greenhouses for plant growth.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens.
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues related to pests or diseases.
- Collaborate with team members to design and execute landscaping projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in gardening.
- Knowledge of plant varieties, growing conditions, and planters
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
- Excellent teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently when necessary.
