We are a high-volume decorated apparel company based in Pompano Beach, Florida, producing and shipping thousands of custom orders daily. Our in-house capabilities include Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, screen printing, stitch-on-demand embroidery, and print-on-demand fulfillment. We're looking for an experienced Production Manager– Screen Printing & Direct-to-Film (DTF) who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience in screen printing, DTF printing, apparel decoration, commercial printing, who enjoys coaching employees, improving processes, and delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do Lead & Develop Your Team
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate production employees to achieve daily production goals.
- Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, communication, and respect.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee growth and development.
- Address performance concerns professionally while recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Drive Production Excellence
- Manage daily production across Screen Printing and DTF operations.
- Schedule labor and production based on customer demand and production priorities.
- Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and production schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Track production metrics and communicate performance results to senior leadership.
- Maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing production employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to assist on the production floor when needed.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Screen Printing
- DTF Printing
- Embroidery
- Apparel Decoration
- Promotional Products
- Commercial Printing
- Print Manufacturing
- High-volume Production
- Fulfillment Operations
Experience with production scheduling, quality control, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and workplace safety programs is highly desirable.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
