The Enterprise Project Manager / Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, business transformation, and organizational growth across Eclipse Advantage. This role partners with executive leadership and functional teams including Operations, HR, Recruiting, Safety, Finance, IT, and Customer Success to plan, execute, and deliver enterprise projects from inception through completion.
This individual serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, and resource requirements. The role drives project governance, facilitates decision-making, identifies risks, and develops scalable processes that support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Project Leadership
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution and post-implementation review.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Drive accountability across project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks and develop mitigation plans.
Business Transformation & Process Improvement
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and standardization.
- Partner with business leaders to design scalable workflows and operational best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Support development and maintenance of implementation playbooks and project management standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Recruiting, HR, Safety, IT, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements and establish success criteria.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations on project execution strategies.
- Communicate project progress, decisions, and impacts across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business initiatives.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of operational, HR, recruiting, payroll, workforce management, and business process environments.
- Experience supporting organizational change management and transformation initiatives.
- PMP certification preferred or equivalent project management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
