We are hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time LTC / closed-door pharmacy opportunity in Sulphur Springs, TX. This is a strong role for a pharmacist seeking a more structured, team-based environment with better workflow consistency and less day-to-day chaos than a traditional retail setting.
The pharmacist will support medication verification, dispensing accuracy, operational workflow, and coordination across the pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and collaboration in a setting focused on long-term care and post-acute patient needs.
What You’ll Do
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
Support dispensing workflow and help ensure timely medication fulfillment
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and the broader pharmacy team to maintain efficient operations
Help oversee compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards
Resolve medication-related questions and support strong clinical judgment within workflow operations
Maintain accurate documentation and support a dependable, organized pharmacy environment
What We’re Looking For
Active Pharmacist license
Prior experience in LTC, closed-door, institutional, hospital, specialty, or high-volume pharmacy operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
Comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented pharmacy setting
Strong communication and workflow management skills
Dependable, organized, and quality-focused
