Support individuals with daily living skills, independence, and community involvement

Assist with personal care and medication administration as needed

Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and programs

Maintain accurate documentation and communication

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's compensated at a premium rate

Valid driver’s license required

Must have a clean driving record with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience

This position is part of a collective bargaining unit. Employment requires union membership on the 91st day of employment.
