BeeHive Homes of Goshen is seeking compassionate and dependable Night Shift Caregivers to join our assisted living team. We currently have multiple full-time and part-time overnight openings and are looking for caring individuals who want to build meaningful relationships with seniors while making a real difference every night.
At BeeHive Homes, we embrace a social caregiver model, focusing on companionship, dignity, independence, and personalized support. Unlike many healthcare settings, CNA certification is not required. We believe a caring heart, reliability, and a desire to serve others are the most important qualifications.
Overnight Schedule
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Consistent overnight schedule
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Caregiver, you'll help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Providing overnight supervision and support
- Assisting with mobility, toileting, and personal care needs
- Responding promptly to resident requests and call systems
- Conducting routine wellness and safety checks
- Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns
- Maintaining a clean, calm, and welcoming home environment
- Accurately documenting care and observations
- Providing companionship, reassurance, and compassionate support
What We're Looking For:

- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to complete required orientation and training
- Ability to meet Kentucky assisted living employment requirements
- Ability to perform the physical demands of caregiving, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents
No CNA Required:
Experience in caregiving is appreciated but not required. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including:
