Hours:

Part-time 15 - 25 hours per week. Flexible schedule.

Summer Hours: 9am-7pm Monday-Thursday

School Year Hours: Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm.

Closed Fridays and Sundays.

The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:

Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.

Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
-
Managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.

Owning administrative duties and office organization.
-
Administering student academic evaluations.
-
Regularly teaching students in multiple grade levels.
For success, the Program Coordinator must have:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required).

1 year of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.

Must love working with kids and be able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-
Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
