Location: Phoenix
Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour
Patient Mix: PPO/FFS
Practice Model: Traditional Hygiene - Single column 60 min
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

What You’ll Do
-
Deliver professional dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
-
Perform detailed periodontal charting and assessments
-
Capture diagnostic radiographs with precision
-
Empower patients through education and personalized oral hygiene instructions
-
Identify treatment needs and effectively communicate them to patients and providers
-
Keep thorough and accurate clinical documentation
-
Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to support comprehensive patient care
-
Champion preventive dentistry and promote long-lasting oral health
Requirements
Required Qualifications
-
Valid and active Dental Hygiene License in Arizona
-
Certification in Local Anesthesia (where applicable by state regulations)
-
Laser Certification to advance patient care
-
Up-to-date CPR/BLS Certification ensuring safety

Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for patient education

A dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Ability to thrive and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with assisted hygiene models
-
Background working in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid settings
-
Proficiency in periodontal therapy techniques
-
Skilled in patient education and encouraging treatment acceptance

Bilingual abilities, beneficial for diverse market needs

Insurance benefits begin on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Paid holidays are available after 90 days. Please note that benefit eligibility and waiting periods may apply.
