Experienced Line Cook needed for busy Italian restaurant in La Grange Park. Open for Dinner: Tuesday- Sunday. No lunch & closed Mondays. Looking for someone 5 days a week, approximately 8 to 10 hour shifts. Looking to cover Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals for seasonaly changing recipes and menus
- Capable of working on their own, as well as in a team environment
- Clean and care for large kitchen equipment.
- Daily prep work
- Work quickly under pressure
