Due to continued increases in client needs, we have openings for full-time caregivers across all shifts. We also have part-time and casual positions available on all shifts. Shifts vary in length based on your wishes and client needs. We have a particular need for weekend help, and we offer higher pay for those shifts!
Wage increases start after the first 6 months of employment. Additionally, after 6 months, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to Sterling status, which offers additional training and an additional wage increase!

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote dignity and independence.
- Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring to ensure safety and adherence to care plans.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and enhance mental well-being.
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition to healthcare professionals promptly.
- Follow care plans meticulously, adapting approaches as needed to meet individual needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, including daily logs and incident reports.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
