In this role, your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and personal care.

If you are energetic, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care, this position is perfect for you! You will play a vital role in supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, fostering a nurturing environment where clients feel valued, safe, and empowered.

- Live-In Care Management: For live-in assignments, maintain a consistent presence in the home to provide safety and support throughout the day and evening.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe changes in health status to ensure safety and timely intervention.

- Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.
- Documentation: Meticulously document care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding patient progress or concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in home & community care settings, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes is highly preferred.
- Live-In Availability: For live-in roles, the ability to stay in the client's home for 3–5 consecutive days is required (a private room and meals are provided).
- Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification is required. Additional training in dementia care, Alzheimer’s, or hospice care is advantageous.
- Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and respectful handling of sensitive information.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining client dignity.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
