Your Mission...Should You Choose to Accept It:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide one-on-one therapy to amazing individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Rock at collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
Help in developing and executing individualized treatment goals for our fantastic clients
Team up with the BCBA and other awesome colleagues to ensure rock-solid treatment strategies
Assist our incredible clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
Keep the environment safe and supportive for our amazing clients
Skills You'll Need to Bring to the Table:
A sprinkle of excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans like a pro
A pinch of strong problem-solving skills and quick-thinking
Patience, empathy, and understanding while working with individuals with ASD
