What Makes This Opportunity Different
This is an opportunity to do more than coordinate transactions.
In addition to managing Arizona residential real estate transactions from contract to close, you'll help strengthen brokerage compliance, improve operational workflows, organize documentation, and contribute to building scalable systems that support future growth.
We leverage technology, standardized processes, and continuous improvement to create an exceptional client experience. Your ideas, initiative, and operational mindset will directly influence how the brokerage continues to evolve.

- Prepare, organize, and review transaction documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, vendors, and other transaction partners.
- Identify potential issues early and resolve them before they impact closing.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through consistent communication and attention to detail.
Brokerage Compliance
Take ownership of maintaining accurate, complete, and audit-ready transaction files.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) requirements and brokerage policies.
