Guice Builders & Developers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of mixed-use construction projects. We are looking for a highly motivated leader with a proven track record managing complex horizontal and vertical construction projects, including townhomes, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, municipalities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Mentor field staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
