Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create unique and delicious drink recipes. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Create unique and innovative drink recipes based on customer preferences - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events - Operate the Toast POS system or similar software for order processing Skills: - Cash handling experience - Basic math skills for calculating drink prices and handling cash transactions - Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for guests - Knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, and equipment - Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations - Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system or similar software for order processing - Understanding of food safety practices and guidelines - Experience in catering events is a plus - Ability to operate a cash register accurately If you are passionate about mixology, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy creating unique drink recipes, we would love to hear from you.
