Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Collision Estimator.
- Software Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience writing estimates using CCC1, Mitchell, or equivalent collision repair estimating software.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Nexsyis management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Estimating: Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments and write detailed, precise repair estimates for body, frame, mechanical, and paint operations.
- Insurance Coordination: Partner directly with insurance adjusters to streamline approvals, submit supplements, and maintain high standards of compliance.
- Customer Experience: Deliver "WOW" customer service by clearly explaining repair workflows, providing proactive timeline updates, and handling inquiries with empathy and integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with body technicians and shop management to maintain production timelines and ensure strict quality control.
