We are a concierge, state-of-the-art, doctor-owned dental practice specializing in general and cosmetic dentistry with locations in Winchester and Back Bay and we're looking for a hygienist who is passionate about clinical excellence and who values providing a personalized, elevated patient experience.

Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist License required.

Dental Office Type: General and Cosmetic Dentistry
Location: Winchester and Back Bay
Job Type: Full-time; 4-5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Hygiene Visits: 1 hour - 1.5 hours for each patient. Hygiene assistant for hygiene team.
Pay: $60.00 per hour; increased start pay for experience and/or other qualifications. Signing Bonus: starting at $2,000, increased for experience and/or other qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care by performing dental cleanings, assessments, and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in chairside procedures and support the dental team in delivering high-quality care.
- Stay updated on dental terminology and techniques to enhance patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
