Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at Sparta Eats, a fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
Process payments using cash, credit, or mobile payment systems
Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate cash drawer
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
