Job Title: Taproom Bartender/kitchen
Variety of shifts available. Opening/closing/mid. Located at the Branson Landing.

Job Summary:
Seven Arrows Taproom is looking for an engaging Bartender to provide attentive and friendly service to our customers. You will also be responsible for balancing the cash register, cooking food/appetizers in a quick cook oven, stock and replenishing supplies, light cleaning, and opening/closing duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take beverage orders from customers as requested.
- Change and tap kegs when empty.
- Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.
- Monitor all customers for alcohol intake to appropriate levels.
- Assist in ensuring customers have a safe ride home, calling a taxi when appropriate.
- Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with customers.
- Keep bar area clean, safe, and organized.
- Take out trash. Clean and sanitize tables in taproom.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms during and at end of shift.
- Restock supplies of bar area and retail items.
- Use a quick cook convection oven to prepare appetizers for customers.
- Use point of sale Square Up system to collect credit card and cash transactions.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with technology to input sales transactions.
- Able to work with a team or alone.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one-year related experience.
- Knowledge of craft beer preferred.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age. (This is due to MO liquor license laws)
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to lift or move 60-pounds.
- Must be able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift.
- Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts and some holidays.
Must get Serve Safe Certificate and SMART Alcohol training within 30 days of hire date.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour
