Independent residential cleaning professionals.
This opportunity is not the best fit for applicants whose experience is limited to:
- Commercial janitorial cleaning
- Office custodial services
- Hotel housekeeping only
- Caregiving without professional residential cleaning experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional residential house cleaning experience
- Experience cleaning private homes independently
- 3 client references serviced before
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conversational English
- General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain before your first booking)
Preferred Qualifications
- Located in or regularly servicing Littleton, Englewood, Highlands Ranch, or nearby communities
- Experience working in large or premium homes
- Small cleaning team (1–2 cleaning partners)
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing touches
- Carpet cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
