We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Blending Technicians in our beverage manufacturing facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately blending ingredients to produce high-quality ready-to-drink (RTD) non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring consistency, food safety, and cleanliness throughout the production process. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain efficient operations and ensure every product meets our high standards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and blend ingredients according to established recipes and formulations, ensuring precise measurements and batch consistency
- Operate, monitor, clean, and maintain blending equipment, including mixers, tanks, pumps, and related processing systems
- Follow sanitation and food safety procedures in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Perform routine inspections of blending equipment and report any maintenance or operational concerns
- Accurately record batch information, ingredient usage, production data, and quality checks
- Stage, handle, and organize raw ingredients and production materials for daily manufacturing operations
- Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and maintaining organized storage areas
- Collaborate with production team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Fort Myers, FL
- Availability to work 35-40 hours per week across a 3-4 day schedule
- Minimum of four full days of open availability between Monday and Saturday
- Ability to work extended shifts, including occasional 12+ hour days, as production demands require
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to read and follow recipes, written procedures, and quality standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in beverage manufacturing, brewing, food production, or related manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety procedures, and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Experience operating mixers, tanks, pumps, or other food and beverage processing equipment
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations
- Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Compensation & Hours
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Full-time position averaging 35–40 hours per week
