A production company is seeking a motivated Fashion Designer Sales Representative to scout, recruit, and close designers for our 2027 runway season.
The representative will identify qualified fashion brands, conduct outreach and follow-up, present therunway opportunities, and convert prospects into confirmed designers for our national and international productions.
2027 markets include New York Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, our Summer City Series, New York Fashion Week Fall, and Paris Fashion Week.
Compensation: Commission-based, with 5% uncapped commission on collected designer sales.
Target: Minimum 10 closed designers per assigned show.
Potential Annual Compensation: $6,250–$60,000+
Annual earnings will vary based on the number of designers closed, package level, Local vs. Union sales, and collected revenue. There is no commission cap.
Responsibilities: Scout qualified fashion designers and brands; conduct direct outreach and follow-up; present opportunities and approved pitch materials; maintain an active prospect pipeline; close designer participation packages; meet a minimum target of 10 designers per assigned production; and maintain accurate sales/lead records.
Pay: $6,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
