Job description:
The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for managing the high level materials management plan and related processes. The person in this position will be the main point of contact for vendors and internal requests.

Prepare and manage purchase orders through MGM Healthcare’s Centralized Purchasing Program.
Review products for purchase by evaluating current inventory.
Identify and promote cost savings.
Develop and strengthen relationships with new, existing, and potential vendors.
Communicate product information to facility personnel.
Verify confirmations for orders placed with assigned vendors.
Competencies:
Job Requirements:
Associate’s degree Preferred
Experience with multi-site purchasing.
Experience in a healthcare setting.
Proficient with Excel.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English Language.
