Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Past front desk hotel experience AMUST . Second shift 3pm to 11pm .
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of guest relations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Background in hospitality or resort environments is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations.
