Shift: 2/2/3 Nights (7pm - 7am)

We’re hiring Process Technicians to support a growing, high-volume manufacturing operation with new equipment coming online. This is not a sit-back-and-watch role—this is for someone who thrives in the action, diagnosing issues, fixing problems fast, and keeping production moving.
If you’ve ever been the “go-to” person on the floor when things break, this is your kind of job.
Walk into shift, get the handoff, and hit the floor running
Be the “firefighter” when machines go down. Diagnose and fix fast
Set up and change over equipment to keep production flowing
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
Track downtime and help eliminate recurring problems
Perform preventative maintenance (TPM)
Work side-by-side with operators and engineering teams
Bottom line: You keep the line running. Period.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (this is #1)
Experience with equipment setup, changeovers, or maintenance
Proven ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure
Background in a manufacturing or production environment
Basic electrical knowledge (multimeter, motors, sensors, etc.)
- Associates Degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical support environment
- Demonstrated experience with mechanical troubleshooting and equipment setup
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (e.g., multimeter usage, motors, sensors)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
