We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Assist with catering services as needed, ensuring food and beverage orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food items.
Skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in the food industry, with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus for establishments serving alcoholic beverages.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Previous experience in catering or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
