BNB Repairs is a rapidly growing facility maintenance company headquartered in Buffalo, NY. We currently serve markets across New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Georgia, and Florida, providing commercial maintenance services for several major national retail chains.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating with technicians across multiple states, responding to customer inquiries, and keeping clients updated on the status of work orders. Prior dispatching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch service requests efficiently to ensure timely response times
- Communicate with technicians, clients, and internal team members regarding job status and service updates
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Provide clients with timely updates on work order progress
- Analyze logistical information to help optimize routes and improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity, service schedules, and job updates
- Manage multi-line phone systems and assist with incoming inquiries
- Organize, prioritize, and follow through on multiple tasks throughout the day
- Troubleshoot scheduling or service-related issues in a fast-paced environment

- Dispatching experience preferred
- Experience in facility maintenance, commercial services, or customer service is a plus

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
