Part-time Administrative Assistant needed for Professional Massage Therapist. Mondays 8 hours a week in my home office. Must be organized, able to multi-task, have great attention to detail and be a proactive problem solver. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant
Responsibilities:
- Generating reports, weekly deposits, & other office tasks as needed
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Recording income and expenses
- Entering mileage for tax purposes
- Preparing information for a tax preparer or accountant
- Categorizing bank and credit card transactions
- Entering transactions into bookkeeping software (such as Quicken or QuickBooks
- Data entry
Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant will be prioritized.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- General marketing and budgeting
- Working knowledge of office equipment including printers
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree
Additional experience as Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be prioritized
