Centerline Drilling Inc. is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our fleet and equipment properly maintained, safe, and ready to support our crews in the field. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance services as outlined on work orders.
- Change engine oil and filters.
- Inspect, top off, and service vehicle and equipment fluid levels.
- Check and adjust tire pressure.
- Rotate tires as required.
- Grease equipment and vehicles according to maintenance schedules.
- Replace air, fuel, hydraulic, and cabin filters.
- Collect and label oil and fluid samples.
- Replace windshield wiper blades.
- Perform basic visual inspections and report maintenance concerns or defects to the Shop Manager.
- Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Properly use and care for company tools and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow work orders, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DMV driving record check.

Compensation
$20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Occasional weekend work as needed.
- No overnight travel required.
