Position Overview
The Live-In Resident Care Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of care within our facility. This position involves direct oversight of daily operations and ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents. Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee the daily care of residents, including personal care, medication management, and activity planning.
· Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
· Develop, implement, and maintain care standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate and manage resident care plans, including assessments, evaluations, and updates to meet changing needs.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families, providing updates and addressing concerns.
· Act as a primary liaison between residents, their families, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
· Three or more verifiable years of experience providing direct care.
· Prior experience in resident management within an adult foster care setting is preferred.
· Knowledge of the regulations and standards governing adult foster care.
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to adults with varying needs.
· Proficiency in English.
· 21 years old or older.
· Attended Washington county AFH-APD orientation. (can be done after hire.)
· Proof of Ensuring Quality Care training and passing the exam (can be obtained after hire).
· Approved background check.
· Pre-service dementia training (can be obtained after hire).
· HCBS online training (can be obtained after hire)
· CPR and First Aid certification.
· Ability to live on-site within the foster home.

· Competitive salary, $4,500-6,000 monthly, depending on experience and days worked.

· Room and board included as part of the compensation package. Living arrangements include a 1500 square foot daylight basement that includes a living room, two bedrooms, and full bathroom.
