Part-time on-site property manager needed for a Manufactured Housing Community in Lodi, CA area.
On-site manager duties include tenant relations, rent notification and collection, light bookkeeping, and enforcing park rules. The park manager will be responsible for vacancy showings and rental agreement signing, meter reading, and other miscellaneous duties. Daily inspection of park facilities to determine repair and maintenance needs is required.

- Experience with sales, especially in selling homes
- Ability to follow directions
- Computer savvy
- Must be able to interact and use email daily
- Mobile Home Park management experience preferred but not required
