Education:

- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Required: Previous experience in working with the general public using customer relations skills
- Preferred: Previous experience in handling ill patients to and from vehicles, seated positions, and wheelchairs
Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to understand and carry out instructions. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service approach. Able to interact appropriately with a diverse population of customers.
Physical Demands: Ability to speak and hear for effective communication. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Visual acuity and manual dexterity to process information. Position may require long hours with frequent periods walking. Ability to lift, push, pull, and position patients and equipment.
Work Environment: Frequent direct visual observation of a computer monitor. Exposure to chemicals, which may be used in patient care and/or patient care areas. Subject to outdoor weather conditions.
