Appliance Repair Technician – Paid Training Provided (Full-Time)

Pay: $18–$20/hr during training + commission opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Overview
We are hiring Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team. No prior appliance repair experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training for the right candidates.
This is a long-term career opportunity, not a temporary or seasonal job. You will learn how to diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances while working directly with customers in the field.
A company vehicle is provided after successful completion of training.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair household appliances in customer homes
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies in company vehicle
- Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Provide high-quality customer service at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Assist with inventory and other operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical aptitude preferred (not required)
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Dependable and self-motivated
