We are currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service/Collections Representatives who will be responsible for contacting customers who are behind on their payments, collecting payments, setting up payment plans, and resolving issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who are behind on their payments and work collaboratively to find suitable solutions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately and comprehensively document and notate customer accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from vehicle purchase to title receipt and beyond.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in office settings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Collections experience is not required, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
- Work schedule consists of 5 days per week, including four weekdays and Saturdays.
