We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, laboratory, and process piping systems

Perform analysis, prepare construction documents, and develop specifications

Ensure compliance with IMC, IPC, NFPA
-
Manage the mechanical scope for projects of varying size and complexity.

Conduct site visits, field observations, and support construction administration
-
Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Support client presentations, RFP responses, and business development
Qualifications
-
PE License required
-
5+ years in an A/E or consulting engineering firm
-
BS in Mechanical Engineering
-
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
-
Strong communication and project management skills
-
Experience in healthcare, federal, high-tech, or biopharma projects preferred

LEED AP preferred
