Responsibilities
- The Customer Support Specialist – Customer Enabling provides routine support in the order management process, assisting with order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- This role helps streamline internal processes, ensures accurate documentation, and supports customer service representatives in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Order Management Support: Assist with order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential obstacles in internal processes and support corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Updates: Update internal teams on order status and issues.
- Documentation: Generate order‑related documents and maintain accurate records.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve simple clerical or administrative issues following defined procedures; escalate complex matters.
- Order Validation: Confirm credit, contracts, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability for customer orders.
- Standard Procedures: Follow established processes for order status, invoices, and contract balances.
- Customer Service Collaboration: Share necessary information with customer‑facing representatives to complete orders.
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of Customer Service or Order Management experience
- Order Processing / Order Entry / Order Fulfillment experience
- Experience working with Customer Orders (pricing, contracts, invoices, order status)
- Experience communicating with internal stakeholders and customers
- Experience resolving order-related issues or administrative support issues
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High School Diploma/GED
Shift Timing: 8AM-5PM
Weekly schedule: M-F

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
