Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum of 18 months separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract; RTO during holiday periods must be spread out and will not be approved on consecutive days
