What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Lead from the front by coaching, developing, and motivating your team
- Ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Drive operational performance and accountability
- Build a positive, high-energy team culture focused on results and hospitality
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant or QSR management experience
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for team development and delivering exceptional guest service
