Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse to provide specialized care for patients with acute and chronic wounds. Responsibilities include assessing wounds, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing wound care procedures, monitoring healing progress, and educating patients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience in wound management, and an active RN license. Wound care certification is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Negative TB Test
- Minimum 1 year of critical care or hospital experience
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
