Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We offer both school-based and home-based positions to fit your schedule and career goals.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Setting: School-based position supporting students during the school day
- Role: Work directly in classrooms under the supervision of teachers and BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans, support learning, and foster social and emotional development.

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification or willing to obtain upon starting
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
