About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient conditions
Develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the healthcare team
Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and progress
