Lead One of Ventura County's Premier Graphics Production Teams
CyberCopy, Inc. is an established and growing printing and signage company serving Southern California for over 29 years. We are seeking an experienced Color Graphics Production Manager to lead our Ventura production facility and oversee all aspects of our large-format graphics and signage department.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate must be capable of managing a team of five or more employees while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 5+ production employees
- Schedule daily production and assign workflow priorities
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within quality standards
- Operate and oversee large-format printers, UV flatbed printers, laminators, CNC routers, plotters, and finishing equipment
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production environment
- Monitor production efficiency and recommend process improvements
- Review artwork and production files for manufacturability
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and installation teams
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Ensure all work meets CyberCopy's quality standards
Required Experience
Applicants must have proven professional experience in most or all of the following:
- Large-format digital printing
- UV flatbed printing
- Roll-to-roll printing
- CNC routing and fabrication
- Laminating and mounting
- Precision trimming and finishing
- Vinyl application
- Vehicle wraps
- Wall wraps and architectural graphics
- ADA signage
- Interior and exterior signage
- Acrylic, PVC, Dibond, aluminum, foam board, and wood fabrication
- Installation methods and best practices
- Production scheduling and workflow management
- Color management and quality control
Leadership Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-format graphics production
- Minimum 2 years managing production teams
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred Experience
Experience operating equipment such as:
- SwissQprint
- Canon Arizona
- Canon Colorado
- Mimaki UV Flatbeds
- HP Latex
- MultiCam CNC Routers
- Zünd or Kongsberg cutters
- Graphtec plotters
- ONYX RIP Software
- Adobe Illustrator
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Willing to assist the production team whenever necessary
