Kitchen & Bath Design Sales Representative (Bilingual)
Earn uncapped commission doing what you love! We are looking for a bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese) Design Sales Rep to join our in-person team in Delray Beach, FL. If you have a passion for transformation, design software skills, and a hunger to close deals, we want you.

What You Will Do
- Consult & Close: Meet with clients to understand their kitchen and bath renovation dreams.
- Bring Designs to Life: Create detailed remodel layouts and 3D renderings using Chief Architect.
- Estimate & Propose: Build accurate project estimates and present winning proposals.
- Manage the Journey: Track your pipeline in QuickBooks/Excel and coordinate with our fabrication and install teams for a seamless delivery.
What We Are Looking For
✔ Language: Fluent English PLUS fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese (required).
✔ Design Software: Experience with Chief Architect (highly preferred) or ProKitchen 3D.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinet lines, countertop materials, and kitchen/bath layouts.
✔ Tech Savvy: Comfortable using QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace.
✔ Drive: A motivated, independent closer who builds great long-term client relationships.
