Bridging the Gap Rehab is a therapeutic company dedicated to serving children from birth to three years old through the Early Intervention program. Job Highlights:
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including parents, physical therapists, speech therapists, and developmental therapists to develop effective strategies for clients.
- Maintain a caseload of 15-35 direct service hours.
- Work directly with clients on individualized goals through in-home visits.
Requirements:
- Holds a valid license as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois.
- Exhibits the physical and mental skills (proven through practical and/or written post-training competency tests) necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands associated with the position.
- Early Intervention Certification through the state of Illinois (if not currently held assistance can be provided to obtain)
