We're looking for a motivated Dental Assistant/Floater who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and wants to grow with a practice—not just clock in and out.
This role supports both the clinical and administrative sides of the office, making it ideal for someone who enjoys learning new skills and taking ownership.
What You'll Do
- Chairside assisting
- Digital x-rays and patient records
- Sterilization and operatory setup
- Assist with same-day CEREC workflows
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain organization
- Help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Support scheduling and patient flow
- Answer phones and assist at the front when needed
- Help with recalls, confirmations, and patient communication
- Assist wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly

Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience required
- X-ray certification required
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with digital dentistry is a plus
- Experience with Curve Dental is a bonus, but not required
