We are looking for a Master or Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This includes installing fixtures, pipe systems, and valves, as well as performing tests to ensure that systems are working properly. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Install: waste and vent systems, domestic water systems, gas piping, chilled water piping, hot water heat piping, roof drain systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, plumbing and heating specialties.
- Inspect and test piping systems for leaks and other problems.
- Read construction documents, project manuals, submittals and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment to complete projects.
- Troubleshoot problems with plumbing systems.
