We are now accepting applications for qualified and experienced candidates to join us at our Latham location as a Kitchen Prep Cook . A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for the position. We’re looking for someone with strong knife skills and experience operating a slicer that can work at a fast pace with a primary focus on slicing chicken for cutlet production, and breading the chicken. Additional food prep according to recipes will also be required. Opportunity for growth is absolutely available by joining our team.

Core Responsibilities:
- A professional demeanor
- Prior experience in a meat/butcher or related role is encouraged
- Basic meat cutting and slicing techniques
- Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner
- Knowledge of meat products
- Prior Kitchen knowledge is a plus
- Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation of product
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station
- Follow and comply with Company policies and procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- Other reasonably assigned duties as per business need
